I find great joy in enabling people to discover the role that creativity does or could play in their daily lives, even if they are not aware of it yet!

I am a practicing artist, accredited art therapist, and experienced teacher, with a passion for enabling people to discover the role creativity plays, or could play, in their daily lives.

I want to unlock the creativity I believe exists within each of us, to increase people’s feelings of self worth and wellbeing.

I love teaching, mentoring and supporting people to connect with each other, their friends, families and the communities we live in. My aim is to help people realise their potential through the process of creativity, whilst having fun. Laughter is a key component of learning, at least it is when I am around.
